Shipping and Returns
Your orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days after the clearance of payment. We ship by National Post of Lithuania (Lietuvos pastas www.post.lt ) with tracked service option. Shipping times may vary from 5 working days to 6 weeks.
After dispatching the order we will send a confirmation e-mail including a tracking code to you to follow the delivery progress. We will deliver the products to the address provided in the purchase order.
Governmental regulations don’t allow us to collect tariffs, duties, taxes or customs fees, so please consult your own government’s fine print to see if you must pay any of these costs.
Delivery times:
Europe 7-16 business days.
Rest of the World 7-25 business days.
Please note: during busy gift giving periods i.e. Christmas, Mother's Day etc. deliveries may take longer than usually.
Return and Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel the order before the product is dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us via email info@vigris.lt (or use Contact Us form) providing your name, address and order number in your message. The payments made will be refunded to the same form of payment used.
You have the right to return a product within thirty (30) days from the day when you received the product. Products returned must be unused and safely packed. Buyer pays return postage. If you decide to return the item, inform us via email info@vigris.lt. After an item received and checked, amount paid for the item will be refunded to the same form of payment used.
Price
The product price is the price displayed for the product at the online shop at the time of ordering. Prices are liable to change at any time and without notice, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you our confirmation.
All prices stated on the www.cosybaltic.om online shop are in EURO. Shipping costs are not included.
Taxies and Duties

EU / For delivery to countries, that are part of the European Union, prices already include VAT (21%). All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price.

Orders & Payment
Once your payment has been received, we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending our first confirmation email to you at the email address provided in your order form. Once your purchase is shipped, we will send you a second email with our final confirmation.
We offer secure and convenient methods for making payments online using PayPal or other payment option available on Stripe payment system (Bank Accounts, Cards, Apple Pay, etc.). Both payment systems use industry-leading security measures to ensure that your financial information is kept private.
